ABOUT US

We're Zeva & Chris!

Chris spent over a decade working in the food industry, including at a specialty crepe cafe in Salem. Ever since working there, he's dreamed of opening his own crepe truck for years and develops all of the recipes at home with the help of his kitchen assistant, Wilbur the dog. 

Zeva has lived all over the world, trying many different delicious cuisines and binging cooking shows, and also dreamed of opening a cafe or restaurant someday. She helps with recipes and taste-tests while running the business side of things with her office assistant, Tabitha the cat.

Sourcing

We try to source locally as much as possible; that means connecting with Willamette Valley farms and producers, as well as scouring the farmer's markets for unique and tasty seasonal finds. 

Values

Beyond local sourcing, we do our best to keep our footprint as small as possible by using sustainable products like compostable and recyclable to-go containers. We also offer options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, and want our space to be a safe space for marginalized communities.
